Our goal is to help you make a great first impression on your customers and prospects by keeping your parking lot clean, flawless and orderly. We take great pride when we clean and sweep your parking lot. We begin by clearing all sidewalks, curbs and gutters from debris, then we sweep the entire parking lot clean. If you have trash cans on the property, we empty them and put in new can liners. The trucks we operate are equipped with quiet and powerful air vacuum sweepers that are capable of removing a wide range of debris from parking lots as shown in the picture below. Unlike landscapers that merely blow the debris from one area to another on your property, we actually sweep it up and properly dispose of it. Frequency of Service: Properties can be swept as little as once per month or as often as on a nightly basis. We will assess your needs and will work within your budget to develop the right program for you and your property . Time of Services: Properties are generally swept between the hours of 10PM and 7AM Computerized GPS Dispatching: Because we work at night, our customers rarely see us. If there is ever a concern as to our arrival or departure at a particular site, we use a state of the art GPS dispatch and tracking system on our trucks which provide 'proof positive' at to when and how the sweeping was done. This real-time GPS system provides tracking on your property, complete with satellite imagery. For our customer's peace of mind, this data is available at any time to our customers, free of charge.
